Delivery Charges

For orders under $300, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95.
For orders over $300, shipping is FREE.

Delivery Regions and Timeframes

All orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on your location within Australia.

Apologies, International shipping is not available at this time. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your unique Australia Post tracking number. You may use this to track your order via their website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/.


Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event the wine you receive is not as you ordered or faulty, please email contact@thefamilycellar.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following details so that we may assist you with a resolution:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • An image and description of the fault

    Please note, we will not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.


    Stock Availability

    While we make every attempt to ensure that our online store accurately reflects the availability of stock in our warehouse, in the event that an item you purchased is not available, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund.

    McWilliam’s Wines Group Ltd supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. So please note that you, or the person receiving your order, must have ID proving they are over 18 years of age.
